In-person Registrations
We encourage all attendees to register for the in-person event to ensure you get the most out of the conference - INTERACTIONS during social events, breaks and most especially the education sessions.

In-person registration includes the workshops on Wednesday 27 (excluding POCUS workshop which has a fee), Thursday 28 and Friday 29 conference days, and Saturday 30 workshops (excluding Trainee Day which has a fee).

If you would like to receive the early registration discount on your conference fee, please use ERD25 when requested during the registration process. This discount is available until the 11 July 2025.

Please note: Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required to complete the registration to process. A 3.5% merchant fee charged by Stripe will be added to your final amount. A tax invoice will be sent with the confirmation email.
Virtual Registrations
The IMSANZ Conference, Adelaide 2025 will be presented in a ‘Hybrid’ format on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 August 2025. This will be available for New Zealand and Australian colleagues who are unable to attend in-person.  Workshops on Wednesday 27 and Saturday 28 are not included.
