Expression of Interest - Sponsorship

The Internal Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (IMSANZ) is pleased to invite expressions of interest for sponsorship of our upcoming conference, scheduled to take place on 28 and 29 August 2025 at the Hilton Hotel Adelaide. This premier conference brings together between 200-250 physicians who specialise in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. They focus on comprehensive and long-term care for patients with both common and complex medical conditions.

Sponsorship Opportunity

​We are offering a single-tier sponsorship opportunity designed to maximise exposure and engagement with attendees. As our sponsor, your company will benefit from high visibility and direct interaction with conference participants.

This year step beyond traditional exhibits and bring your brand to life at the IMSANZ Conference! This is your opportunity to create an immersive, hands-on experience that captivates attendees and leaves a lasting impact.

We invite and encourage you to design an interactive showcase that lets attendees see, touch, experience, and explore your products and services in a dynamic way. Leverage your 3m x 3m 360-degree activation space to:

  • Host Hands-On Experiences – Let attendees try out your solutions firsthand.

  • Facilitate One-on-One Interactions – Connect directly with key decision-makers.

Sponsorship Benefits

As a sponsor, you will receive the following promotional and engagement opportunities:
  • Logo Placement: Your company logo will be prominently displayed on the conference website, marketing materials, and holding slides during the conference.
  • Acknowledgment by Conference Chair: Your company will be formally introduced and acknowledged by the Conference Chair during the opening session.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Inclusion in all conference promotional campaigns, including social media mentions, email blasts, and conference newsletters.
  • Brand Visibility: Your branding will be showcased throughout the event, enhancing recognition among participants and industry peers.​
  • Registrations: 2 x full conference registrations including the welcome reception and conference dinner
  • Engagement Hub: A dedicated 3m x 3m 360-degree space, among the catering and poster areas, will be provided for interactive engagement and direct networking with attendees. Included in this space is:
    • Branded curved tower – image files to be provided by client.
    • 3 x LED Arm lights
    • 1 x 4amp power point
    • 6sqm of blue carpet to highlight your engagement hub
    • Furniture package
      • Myponga Bar Package (1x round high bar table and 2x stools) OR
      • Beaumonth Counter Package (1x lockable counter & 2x stools) OR
      • Woodside Chair Package (1x round coffee table & 2x tub chairs).
  • Brand Visibility: Your branding will be showcased throughout the event, enhancing recognition among participants and industry peers.
  • Networking Opportunities: Access to networking sessions with speakers, industry leaders, and attendees.
This sponsorship opportunity is limited to six companies, the cost is $8500.00+GST each.

Expression of Interest Submission

​Interested organisations are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by 21  June 2025. The EOI should include:
  1. Company Name and Contact Details
  2. Brief Overview of Your Organisation and what you will be showcasing at the conference
  3. Statement of why you would like to sponsor the conference.
  4. Brief overview of Ideas of how you can make your Engagement Hub engaging and interactive.
  5. Any Additional Information Relevant to your Sponsorship Participation

Terms and Conditions

  1. Sponsorship will be awarded at the discretion of the IMSANZ Board.
  2. A Sponsorship Contract will be entered into once the IMSANZ Boards decision has been made.
  3. The IMSANZ Board respectfully informs that Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from pharmaceutical companies will not be considered.
